Volunteers are essential to the operation of the Highlands Ranch Senior Club. Many opportunities exist for members to participate in various activities. Please consider helping if you can; a great thanks to all who already volunteer.

Board members are elected and include President, 1st VP, 2nd VP, Treasurer, Secretary, and members-at-large. The board typically meets the 1st Wednesday of each month at Southridge Rec Center. Terms are for a two year period. Duties for the positions are similar to those in most organizations. The club will holdld elections for board members in March 2018, at the monthly luncheon.

Volunteers also contribute in the areas of: working with sponsors, chair board meetings, bookkeeping, newsletter editing, forwarding the monthly newsletter to HRCA for both their website and printed copies, food planning and scheduling, contacting local entertainers and securing entertainment arrangements, table setup and decorations for luncheons, luncheon check-in and serving, clean-up after lunch, event photography/videography, updating lounge bulletin board photos, maintaining the club website, address list and sending mass emails.

Contact person and leaders are also required for the various card and board-game groups. These groups meet at various locations and date-times throughout the month.
